CM Chauhan added, “Prime Minister Modi is tying the whole world in the thread of Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam. I want India to lead the world in many ways under his leadership.”
Indore: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan welcomed Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to the 17th Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas (PBD) at the Brilliant Convention Center in Indore on Monday.
Chauhan said, “During the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Amrit is raining in Madhya Pradesh. Residents of Indore have opened the doors of their homes as well as the doors of their hearts to you (NRI). There is an atmosphere of great excitement. Yesterday, NRIs from 66 countries planted saplings in the city’s Global Garden.
“Today the entire country stands behind Prime Minister Narendra Modi. When PM Modi gave the mantra of Swachh Bharat, Indore scored a six in cleanliness. When he gave the mantra of self-reliant India, the state prepared a roadmap for a self-reliant Madhya Pradesh. Prime Minister Modi gave the mantra to make India a $5 trillion economy, so we have also created a roadmap to make Madhya Pradesh a $550 billion economy,” Chauhan added.
“100 years ago, one Narendra (Swami Vivekananda) said that the end of the world is near, the blind cannot see, the deaf cannot hear but I see that India is moving towards the position of Vishwaguru. It was said by one Narendra and today it is being realized under the leadership of another Narendra (PM Modi),” he said.
CM Chauhan added, “Prime Minister Modi is tying the whole world in the thread of Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam. I want India to lead the world in many ways under his leadership.”
