Bengal minister and Trinamool Congress leader Babul Supriyo was admitted to hospital on Monday after complaining of chest pain and sweating since Sunday evening, India Today reported.
A statement issued by Woodland Multispeciality Hospital in Kolkata said Babul Supriyo’s “ECG showed minor changes while echocardiography was within normal limits”.
Doctors recommended coronary angiography, which revealed minor coronary artery disease, the hospital said.
