New Delhi: The Congress reacted to the income tax surveys at the Delhi and Mumbai offices of the British Broadcasting Service (BBC). AICC General Secretary Shri Jairam Ramesh said that the opposition is demanding a joint parliamentary committee on the Adani case but the government is behind the BBC.

Congress took to Twitter and posted a video of Jairam Ramesh and wrote, “We are demanding JPC in Adani case and Govt behind BBC. Wisdom against destruction. “

The Income Tax Department is raiding the Delhi and Mumbai offices of the British Broadcasting Service (BBC). According to Aaj Tak sources, the mobile phones of the employees have been seized and the London headquarters have been informed about the raid. Employees have been told not to use phones.

She added, “If the BJP and its leaders have nothing to hide or fear, why are they not answering questions in Parliament, trashing our speeches and walking around the elephant in the room?”

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Social Media Head Y Satish Reddy tweeted the news image on the IT “survey”. “Modi’s visit to BBC,” he wrote.
